Jeff has been a Partner at Papprills since 1990 and has over thirty years of experience in the litigation field.
Jeff is a Notary Public and is available for notarisation of documents by appointment.
Jeff is also admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of the Cook Islands. Jeff provides an advisory and legal role to the Secretary of Health and Health Executive of the Ministry of Health, Cook Islands.
Jeff is a member of the Abuse in Care Inquiry Legal Assistance Panel.
Jeff’s experience and understanding of complex and varied legal matters makes for a well-rounded and approachable member of the Papprills team.
Jeff was born and raised in Christchurch and is married with two children. His interests outside of law include horse racing and he is the immediate past Chairman of the Canterbury Jockey Club. He also enjoys a game of golf and a run around Hagley Park when time allows.
