Emma Jackson | Partner
Emma joined Papprills in October 2019 as a Senior Associate.
Emma has 20 years' experience in Commercial and Property areas with a specialty in subdivisions, sale and purchases, leases and financing. Acquisitions, sales and restructuring of businesses together with succession planning are also key competencies.
Career highlights to date include advising on flagship commercial and residential subdivisions, acting on sales and purchases of large South Island high-country stations and acting for two large irrigation companies on all parts of their expansion projects: product disclosure statements, issue of shares, financing and property access.
Away from work, Emma enjoys cooking, hiking and entertaining friends and spending as much time as possible with her husband and three children.
